I'm happy with Playmobil. Although it's a bit hard to connect to customer service center. Playmobil need to improve in the area of customer support connectivity. Because people usually call when it's urgency, and it's very frustrating...when it takes 20 min to connect to customer support. A personal tips for U. Don't wait to get connected with the customer support staff....rather choose the option in which they call you back. It works way better. Enjoy Playmobil.

Only wish I could change it to English language as some of it is a bit too advanced for my German. Seems good though otherwise!

I waited for a SIM card for over a month, never got it. But I received a bill for service never provided. Now Playmobil sends me a warning and threatening me with court, but they don't want to send me SIM card. And they informed me that they know I don't have SIM card. Unbelievable. They think should pay for non-existing service. Real Monty Python's script.

Extremely difficult to contact customer service, no English speaker support. I never received my sim-card after waiting for a month. I decide to contact help support to check when will I receive the sim card. They hardly speak English, so they told me it has not been sent and don't know when it will be? I decide to cancel the contract, believe me it's difficult to cancel, I have tried every way I could to contact them. **I never received the sim card, but they charged me for 3 months fee.
