The shittiest experience I have with any of the network providers. Other than Turkish and German there is no other language available. Almost whole day I am trying to contact the provider to get some help. But all lines are busy. There's only limited options available on the website. Why they sell the service when they cannot provide it? I am regretting switching to this provider, please don't buy it.

An app WITHOUT payment possibility. No credit card payment or PayPal. It asks bank information and keep showing "this service cannot be used at this time". Sending ayyildiz this error, they tell you back you cannot pay with bank account. So how can we?

Stilling money in legal way. Top 20 euro and show in account 0. Call useless customer service and say I have used all for internet. How can use 20 euro with in second for internet. Customer are turkey and are sooo rude and unprofessional and arrogant. Definitely not recommend that turk company and just still money from you as usel how there are done. Always saying an email with activation link sent to you, but I don't receive any link no matter how many times I change the email or ask for a new activation link and if your email is not verified you can't simply recharge your credit. The worst experience ever
