Honestly so easy and simple to use that I thought I must be doing something wrong because nothing is usually that easy! Bills paid within a few hours of submitting claims. I just wish the app could be in English, but still okay in German.

Doesn't work. Did not accept the ID verification from Nect Wallet. Now Nect does not accept me wanting to repeat the process ... stuck!!!

Poorest UX ever. Scroll instead of search input, date picker instead of simple input with proper input mask. I'm happy that I can submit my documents via check24.

Worst insurance ever. They have always excuse not to pay back even according to their own contract. Update: I have contacted the support many times, and yet they were not helpful in resolving the issue and following the contract terms.
