Called them to ask whether an incident is covered. They confirmed, that everything is covered, so I had the item repaired at a workshop to get a receipt (otherwise I would have repaired it myself). When I sent the receipt, all of a sudden they changed their mind and are no longer willing to reimburse the expense. Cannot recommend. DON'T Choose THIS INSURANCE, GET ANOTHER ONE THAT'S HONEST AND RELIABLE.

Doesn't work. Did not accept the ID verification from Nect Wallet. Now Nect does not accept me wanting to repeat the process ... stuck!!!

Horrible experience, do not try to register with Nect, it will get you stuck in a loop after you successfully do your selfie, it is infuriating and frustrating. The only other option is a back and forth of emails that is incredibly tedious. Absolute disaster.

Poorest UX ever. Scroll instead of search input, date picker instead of simple input with proper input mask. I'm happy that I can submit my documents via check24.
