It's ridiculous. We want to see the results from our pregnancy test. We have to download a second Barmer app. To login, we need a pin which we received by regular mail 3 years ago. Who knows where that letter is. There's also the option to request a new pin. You have to download a third app for this. In that app, which doesn't appear to be related to Barmer, you have to log in. With what account details? Who knows?! 30 minutes trying to see the results without success. I gave up. This is surreal.

How about making the app available in english also? This is a lot of german to understand and not every International is well versed with german the moment they land. We don't know clearly what services we are even paying for and what services we can use even after paying a lot of amount. I can make small conversation but when I need for medical problems this is too much effort to go through to make use of the services we are paying for only because it's too much in german.

The app is very slow and too complicated to access to read the messages Barmer sent. It took me 20 minutes, and I still couldn't access the messages in the Barmer app. Instead of sending the email notifying I have a message to check in the app, why don't you send the message directly via email to save time and unnecessary efforts???
