It's ridiculous. We want to see the results from our pregnancy test. We have to download a second Barmer app. To login, we need a pin which we received by regular mail 3 years ago. Who knows where that letter is. There's also the option to request a new pin. You have to download a third app for this. In that app, which doesn't appear to be related to Barmer, you have to log in. With what account details? Who knows?! 30 minutes trying to see the results without success. I gave up. This is surreal.

Very disappointed with the Android version of the app. During registration, the 6-digit PIN cannot be entered. Although I tap the numbers, nothing appears in the PIN boxes, so I can't complete the setup. Even the staff at the Barmer office couldn't fix it. However, the same account worked perfectly on my husband's iPhone. This seems to be an Android-specific bug. Please investigate and fix it.

I'm trying really hard not to swear with this stupid German app, if I could, I would put -5 stars. Barmer is from beginning to end mind-boggling moronic, for some reason after I registered and could see the email they decided without expectations I wasn't meeting one or more of their terms of use, which one or why or what do I do next... no direction.
