Ever since I signed up for Barmer Insurance, it has been one blunder after another. First they entered my date of birth wrong in the system. Due to which there's a problem with my Rentenversicherungsnummer and for more than 3 months now I don't have an Insurance ID yet. They sent me a temporary certificate which no doctor in my area entertains. They asked me to use Teledoktor to get my prescription refilled and after waiting for a month I got a duplicate one which no pharmacy accepts.

Very bad interface, there is no English support. I was very sick and app didn't let me get a video consultation. I call the customer service, and they told me different thing each time. At some point someone said there is another application.
