Reasons for 1-star rating - 1. App doesn't work. 2. App doesn't support English language. 3. LIDL Connect Mobile Data doesn't work 4. LIDL Connect Customer support doesn't speak English at all, they keep on screaming at me and dropping calls without helping.

WORST provider! Horrible customer service and each month even when I paid on time I was billed extra amounts, The data you pay for runs out if you use it or not on the last day of the month, and it consistently took 7-8 days into the new month before my new data would be loaded, leaving me with no connection for a week each month! 3 weeks ago they sent me a message that they are canceling my account and gave me no reason, sent me a large bill to go with it. When I ask what it was, I was ghosted.

Top-ups no longer work in the app. Previously they were slow to display and some data doesn't refresh unless app force-closed and reopened. Currently, I can't add any funds, they've changed the way top-ups work, and they simply don't work! Not useful!

Lidl Connect is the worst Apps I ever come across for more than 2 mouths I buy the Sim Card I was Not able to Register the Sim I give them Resident permit the Said No then I give Passport they Said I have to Go Post Office It was really Frustrating and stressful before they Accept now I can not even sign into the Lidl Connect App because the date of birth is Not correct they have the photocopy of My pass. I recommend It as the worst Apps I ever no
