★★★★★ Fennec is a good way to chat with your friends if you have an iPad or a Tablet and not a phone, or you aren't allowed certain messaging apps. Kids can customize their profiles and parents have to approve their friends. Adults can also chat with their kids. I have found that sometimes the connection is bad, and the app can get laggy, but apart from that, fennec is great! 😁

★★☆☆☆ The app refuses to work until I grant it media permissions... I may want to do this later, but a messenger app should work without the permissions - at least while the user is trialing it. Especially if the app is trying to win trust

★★☆☆☆ Can't register without providing access to my photos and videos. Other chat apps allow usage without those permissions and just limit functionality.

★★☆☆☆ Useless. You create an account where a typ9 was made. This cannot be corrected. The date of birth has a fixed American format. Adding other people does not work. You scan the qr code and nothing happens. We ended up walking away from this app before first actual use. On top am app that does work.
