Brilliant app I just love the fact that it gives kids bucket loads of independence but still keeps them safe, you can still call, make group chats, text, send voice notes, gifs, and even emojis. Also you can customize ur avatar and there's even a quiz. We all love xoolo!!!! X oh and also, NO ADS!!!

We keep getting "Server communication error" whatever we try to do and the contact is button doesn't work. She is connected to the internet, we have tried restarting the device and reinstalling Xooloo, we have cleared the App cache and nothing works. She has an account and her friend has an account, but they can't connect, so it's sort of pointless. Is this common or is there just something wrong with the app right now?

Uninstalled. At avatar set up, the Continue button did nothing. My Son was stuck at the avatar configuration during app's first use. There was no way to set up the avatar later.

Utter rubbish. Tried to create an account in a web browser because the app just crashes. Now I can sign in on the web but the app doesn't think my phone number exists. Absolutely appalling.

Only 2 stars because: impossible to select which notifications you're receiving (e.g. I'm not interested in receiving new clothes notif all the time), or their frequency (like every day sometimes, makes you crazy), or/especially because they're mostly sent in the middle of the night (like 1 a.m. ...), and finally because when receiving such feedback the editor doesn't take it into account.
