Love this app my children are able to connect with friends and family, also us as parents (plus we have emails sent to tell us if the child has added a new friend and the name of the friend), they love the fact they now have a way they can video call and chat from the UK to our friends who live in Canada. We've been using the app for many years, and I've pointed so many people with younger children to the app who are also looking for safe ways their children can talk to family and friends.

Everything in the app that you do besides calling works just fine. My issue? Connecting to calls. It is absolutely atrocious. Every time I try to call, it times out saying 'Can't connect to the server. Check your network settings', but my connection is absolutely fine. I don't know what it is that I'm doing wrong, but Xooloo needs to do better. What's the point of making a calling app if you're unable to call people?

Uninstalled. At avatar set up, the Continue button did nothing. My Son was stuck at the avatar configuration during app's first use. There was no way to set up the avatar later.

Only 2 stars because: impossible to select which notifications you're receiving (e.g. I'm not interested in receiving new clothes notif all the time), or their frequency (like every day sometimes, makes you crazy), or/especially because they're mostly sent in the middle of the night (like 1 a.m. ...), and finally because when receiving such feedback the editor doesn't take it into account.

Im not able to join with my wife and daughter, also her aunty cannot join. My wife has set up ok and recognized her Jersey phone number, but it will not recognize our numbers for some reason.
