When it works well and overall easy to use. But even with over 50mbps, SIP ALG disabled, and the app opened already to receive a call, calls get stuck in Connecting mode, might not start at all but later state "missed call", video is black and only like 1/10 times it works normally. Previous version looked bad, horrid UI but the whole update to 2025 version of the app broke the system and functionality in EVERY location we had this in

Really buggy, not able to add contacts (we have a garage door, so it is not able to call me, they need to manually set it up a couple of months ago, and I still don't have it configured), and secondary lock not able to unlock without enabling camera.

Terrible, can't add contacts, doesn't work half the time at all.
