Good app, but I would like to be able to give my tools or battery packs nicknames for tool tracking purposes. This would be really beneficial for batteries. We label all of our batteries with identifiers and would awesome to label them the same way in the app.

Festoon isn't the least expansive brand of tools, but it is the best. The durability and quality are 2nd to none, and I've yet to be disappointed by any of the saws, sanders, or vacuums (dust extractor) that I've purchased.

Great all around. I use Milwaukee, Akita, Bosch, and Festoon. All with my money. I would own more Festoon if not for the cost. All 4 are great tools. Festoon still is a little more refined, with a little better dust control, but it's the accessories that really make the difference.

The app recommended updating one of my 4Ah High Power batteries. Update stopped halfway with an error. Now the battery is bricked and got stuck with the Bluetooth light blinking. It's not working anymore and out of warranty as well. It was working perfectly fine before. So don't update if you don't need to.

AVOID UNTIL FIXED. (as a first time Festoon user, I hope that the tools are better quality than the App!) This App has thus far proven to be worse than useless. I say worse than useless because I have wasted much valuable time trying to register my newly purchased tools. The QR scan doesn't work, so I manually entered Part Numbers and Serial Numbers for 3x New Power tools. Having entered data manually, ticked all the boxes and photographed the invoice, it won't upload...much time wasted.

Useless. Cannot connect with my CXS 18. I can only connect the battery pack, not the tool itself. While trying to add it, after pressing the CXS trigger, I get an error saying "Something went wrong, we couldn't load your data", and that's the end of it... I thus can see the battery level (which I don't need an app for) but cannot access the tool settings.
