My only gripes are that I wish the search function was a little better, should be able to search name or number not just address. And as a rep I'd like to be able to export my leads. That said the app is great from the perspective of a sales rep. I easily track the leads assigned to me, what stage they're in, and can have customers sign documents quickly in app. The main page also helps me keep track of how many doors I hit on average in a day and in total over a week, month, ect.

Sales Rabbit has been an extremely useful tool while door knocking. It allows me to keep track of all doors knocked with multiple options to how to categorize them. Plus they instantly sync and are logged into their database. The customer support is fantastic, quick to respond, and will fix any issues instantaneously. Highly recommend this app for anyone who is a door knocks.

Can not set individual dates for pins so all or nothing making it hard to filter. That's a major fail. Other than that is OK at best.

It works nice to keep track of leads. That's about it. Area management and other key features are lacking. Despite having paid them thousands, it takes months of back and forth to resolve bugs (if you are lucky). App isn't maintained anymore as they are focusing all their efforts on Sales rabbit Plus, which we cannot use as we require integrations only available on this app. If you are looking for a reliable sales app, I would consider other options if you can.

I started having to use this app for work. It does not work very well on Android phones. And I keep having to uninstall and reinstall the app for the map to work.
