The FetchKids Process

Fetch Kids gives me timely updates for pickups, so I don't need to worry about my kids. Arrival times at school are very accurate. Great app!

This app is a disaster and left several parents simply standing outside trying to figure out how to get our kids since they're in a building behind a locked gate for the after school program and nobody knew we were there. One lady finally figured out we had to mark our child absent before the pickup option was clickable....how does that even make sense?? Even when doing that, the staff never received a notification.

It has some bugs, but it has worked for me at least 85% of the time since September. The one thing that has me wishing I could delete it is battery life. This app constantly runs in the background it seems and there's absolutely nothing that I can do about it. In the past two-and-a-half hours it has used up 17% of my battery and I never even opened the app. I only even thought to check that out because my battery life has been progressively getting worse for the last several months.
