The idea of picking up my kiddos using an app was greeted with enthusiasm by me compared to prior year of pick-ups. Now, I have peace of mind knowing no random person can pick them up without the dismissal first on the app. Reduced waiting time; kids are dismissed in the order by which they were announced, and you know one thing I noticed, until I am within the perimeter of the school, the 'announce' icon doesn't show green, it says 'you are not in school'* It also notifies me after pick up.

Horrible horrible app, I had more times that I'd don't work than times it actually worked. They somehow managed to take something as easy at picking up the kids from school, and make it a difficult task for the parents. Really bad experience.

Doesn't respect location permissions or schedule. Support just repeats the same lines without actually addressing issues.

The app doesn't update on the school side and will have your child left in the wrong pickup. Useless app imo
