Very bad and horrible experience that makes you frustrated, it is not recommended to use their Pickup & Delivery Services because they don't have professionalism at all. Since yesterday, I called them to ask about sending some documents to Jordan and as the customer service said that the sales team will call me after some time, while till now I am waiting for someone from the company to call me. Also, I called them 1 hour ago, but I got the same reply "The sales team will contact you". I think they don't have (SLA) or maybe they don't use it. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL ...
