It may not be perfect BUT... it is really nice to be able to scan a VIN and immediately have access to NADA/KBB/MMR to see right away where I need to be for trade values. I put in all the correct log in info and its still not letting me log in. Plus I did a forgot user name and put in my email and still haven't gotten an email back. Not a good app. I'm going online instead

This app is terrible. It has been like this ever since it was created. The screen orientation has a serious malfunction or bug problem and is usually two different pages imposed on one another. The app crashes constantly and consistently, that is, if you can even manage to get to the main menu. and once you're at the main menu, That's it people. Because it wont even let you view your inventory or do anything else on the app. It is completely useless. And for some reason customer service has "no knowledge" of these problems, that apparently other people are experiencing. you can read the reviews for both iphone and android users. why is this acceptable? we pay thousands of dollars to use finance express. the app should be working. and I have deleted the app and reinstalled it several times and I mean hundreds of times. and still remains useless and inoperable. what's the point of creating an app, if It doesn't work?
