Ever since the app was built and established, deliveries has been so easy and cheap
★★☆☆☆
Terrible delivery service. So slow and very unreliable

This new version isn't working. Can we go back to the old one? Ever since I updated the app it stopped working
★★☆☆☆
There shipping rate is affordable for customers, but I won't recommend fez delivery, they take more than 5 days or even not at all to pick up especially for businesses. There dashboard is like an empty ground no matter how you request via online business dashboard, they don't see it. Poor operational service and server issues every time. Even customer service always busy. I wish they could be better, since they have an affordable shipping cost
★★☆☆☆
Poor. Please fix the app. It's not opening.
