There shipping rate is affordable for customers, but I won't recommend fez delivery, they take more than 5 days or even not at all to pick up especially for businesses. There dashboard is like an empty ground no matter how you request via online business dashboard, they don't see it. Poor operational service and server issues every time. Even customer service always busy. I wish they could be better, since they have an affordable shipping cost
