★★★★★ Excellent app and content for anyone looking to improve their golf, fitness and lifestyle. For the price it is well worth investing in, and allows you to train at your own abilities with your own time, with equipment required. Mike is always adding additional workouts and other excellent content.

★★★★★ I've been increasing my swing and ball speed through the various programs that Mike offers. He is responsive and continually updates the app with new exercises. Get this app before another swing coach or a new set of clubs!

★★☆☆☆ Not an option to sign up, so you can't even use the app. Don't waste your time downloading.

★★☆☆☆ Useless - If you can't sign up you can't use

★★☆☆☆ Downloaded the app. It asks me to sign in with my email and a password. Rejects both of those because I haven't established an account yet, but there is no way to create a new account the very first time. What a stupid design. Deleted.
