The best golf fitness program. Have picked up some yardage but the best is I don't have the aches and pain anymore after a round. This has become an essential part of my fitness routine, and I love the variety and after 6 months I have built my own workouts and still do the daily ones. The 10-minute core endurance workout is my favorite and do this 2-3 times before any others. At 62 years old I am in better shape than in the last 15 years and is because of Golf Forever!

This is likely a fine program for those that are just starting with fitness. That said I was put on th "back tees" and it was just beginner stuff. There is no progression just random videos, I luckily only joined for a month and didn't get suckered into full year. Okay to start, boring and tedious after a month.

AAAAA too much unnecessary ralking instead of exercising. 3 to 4 plus minutes of unskiable word vomit between exercises... It's painful to listen to.

Tried to register, but it said there was already an account with my email address? Waited for an opportunity to try again, but the spinning circle wouldn't go away. Closed the app and tried again, but it wouldn't get past a screen that said "loading". Waste of time.
