Excellent training program. The videos are well done, with educational and beneficial exercises, not only for golf, but for overall mobility, strength, and flexibility. Highly recommend.

★★★★★ Stephen Cregeen · Jul 11, 2024

The best golf fitness program. Have picked up some yardage but the best is I don't have the aches and pain anymore after a round. This has become an essential part of my fitness routine, and I love the variety and after 6 months I have built my own workouts and still do the daily ones. The 10-minute core endurance workout is my favorite and do this 2-3 times before any others. At 62 years old I am in better shape than in the last 15 years and is because of Golf Forever!

Great golf related stretches and exercises! Not too long and instructors are great!!

★☆☆☆☆ John Henry · Jul 15, 2023

Too expensive. $200/year? You can find these exercises and pro-tips on YouTube for free.

★★☆☆☆ Owen Wally · Dec 21, 2023

This is likely a fine program for those that are just starting with fitness. That said I was put on th "back tees" and it was just beginner stuff. There is no progression just random videos, I luckily only joined for a month and didn't get suckered into full year. Okay to start, boring and tedious after a month.

★☆☆☆☆ m cha · Mar 19, 2024

AAAAA too much unnecessary ralking instead of exercising. 3 to 4 plus minutes of unskiable word vomit between exercises... It's painful to listen to.

★☆☆☆☆ David Castillo · Jul 8, 2023

Tried to register, but it said there was already an account with my email address? Waited for an opportunity to try again, but the spinning circle wouldn't go away. Closed the app and tried again, but it wouldn't get past a screen that said "loading". Waste of time.
