★★★★★ If you are over 50 and have lost yardage in your clubs, or you feel like you aren't swinging the way you did 19 years ago then this program is a game changer! I'm 50 and haven't felt this good physically in a long time. The workouts are changing but doable. Try it and you'll love it!

★★★★★ Excellent training program. The videos are well done, with educational and beneficial exercises, not only for golf, but for overall mobility, strength, and flexibility. Highly recommend.

★★☆☆☆ This is likely a fine program for those that are just starting with fitness. That said I was put on th "back tees" and it was just beginner stuff. There is no progression just random videos, I luckily only joined for a month and didn't get suckered into full year. Okay to start, boring and tedious after a month.

★★☆☆☆ Tried to register, but it said there was already an account with my email address? Waited for an opportunity to try again, but the spinning circle wouldn't go away. Closed the app and tried again, but it wouldn't get past a screen that said "loading". Waste of time.
