I am only in the first month of the stretching program and can really feel the difference. My golf swing seems easier but just in general I feel better. I am also just starting the strength program and look forward to this program as well. I strongly recommend this app for golfers or anyone wanting to feel better during their daily activities.

On two separate devices, a phone and a tablet, the app will run once after being installed. After that it needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled before it will run again. From what I can tell from the limited usage I have managed to have the content is OK (maybe) but the app is like that which is brown, fragrant and helps roses grow

Wanted to love this app, but it doesn't work well when combined with Samsung Dex. Very unresponsive if trying to put onto a TV. Disappointed.
