The approach of ROM Coach is unusual and effective. You can strengthen almost every muscle and increase the range of motion of every joint. My chronic lower back pain disappeared for good when I did his programs 14 years ago. Ditto shoulder, wrist, foot pain/weakness. I rarely even get pain anymore because I access routines from ROM Coach as soon as anything feels off. The app is dead easy to use & makes it easy to stay on track. Eric is down to earth, knowledgeable & smart, & fun to listen to.

Coach Eric and his team are the best. The exercises on Rom Coach app and his Precision Movement YouTube Channel helped me do away with my muscle pains and regain my lost muscle strength for day to day body function. Crashed over and over. Won't load. Took me to another person's account. What happened to this app that worked (albeit with a few glitches)? Looks pretty, but the update is non-functional. The exercises and routines have always been fantastic, but they are not accessible now.

Sorry to say it, but the user experience is awful with this app. I downloaded it to give it a try seeing it has so many positive reviews, but boy was I wrong! I am not talking about the content, because half of that didn't even load. I did the assessment and then tried to do a Routine. Half of the videos don't load, and I have no idea how to do those exercises. I am new to this, that's why I seek guidance with an app. All I had was just a to-do list.

I signed up for this app and paid on the website. I contacted them via email to cancel recurring charges because I don't want automated charges. They said they couldn't find my account and after 2 emails stopped replying altogether. I keep sending emails and they won't answer. Trying to get this cancelled is impossible, and I have a bad taste in my mouth for the whole app. The content is fine, but the business itself seems scammy. I am going to have to cancel my credit card.
