As someone gets older (I'm now 62) who is still active (hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, etc.) and wants to maintain or improve my joint mobility, this app (I use the ROM Coach app, though they have several other programs) is absolutely amazing. I can choose what body part (hips, shoulders, knees, etc.) or what function (body rotation, like for golf and other twisting sports) and do a routine over a few weeks to improve that mobility. It's amazing for anyone older wanting to stay active.

I was having pain in my right side from an old performs injury years ago and after starting the hip movement exercises I hardly get it and if I do get pain I know that I am LAX on my bridges or something else. I really recommend this program, and I am over 60 and very active, almost athletic. I ride bicycle on the weekends 20 plus miles and during the week I have my routine. Routine.

The approach of ROM Coach is unusual and effective. You can strengthen almost every muscle and increase the range of motion of every joint. My chronic lower back pain disappeared for good when I did his programs 14 years ago. Ditto shoulder, wrist, foot pain/weakness. I rarely even get pain anymore because I access routines from ROM Coach as soon as anything feels off. The app is dead easy to use & makes it easy to stay on track. Eric is down to earth, knowledgeable & smart, & fun to listen to.

I signed up for this app and paid on the website. I contacted them via email to cancel recurring charges because I don't want automated charges. They said they couldn't find my account and after 2 emails stopped replying altogether. I keep sending emails and they won't answer. Trying to get this cancelled is impossible, and I have a bad taste in my mouth for the whole app. The content is fine, but the business itself seems scammy. I am going to have to cancel my credit card.

In emails, they'll make a statement and say "as this study shows", then cite a study that doesn't actually support their statement without some very careful cherry-picking. Either they're insufficiently scientifically literate or deliberately misleading and either way I can no longer trust them

Sorry to say it, but the user experience is awful with this app. I downloaded it to give it a try seeing it has so many positive reviews, but boy was I wrong! I am not talking about the content, because half of that didn't even load. I did the assessment and then tried to do a Routine. Half of the videos don't load, and I have no idea how to do those exercises. I am new to this, that's why I seek guidance with an app. All I had was just a to-do list.
