Great app so far. Feeling a difference in my body after the first 3 days. I do wish that breathing would be discussed through the exercises, like to exhale at this point, inhale at this other point, etc. But overall a really good app with more stretches than the average person needs in a lifetime. UPDATE: Now 2.5 months in and my morning is not complete without doing my stretching routine in the app. Feedback to app developers; please give more options to find alternative stretches when needed.

Before using Dynamic cyclist I consistently had a nagging neck issue and lower back. After 3 weeks of using Dynamic Cyclist, both issues are gone! Daily stretching/mobility with strength training three times a week. I feel great!

After last update application become almost unusable. Video player is extremely slow, hard to skip or go back, and you had to hit multiple times to pause the video. When app in background you don't see minimized player anymore. Training is often stopped in background. Also, pls add volume control to the video player

I love the routines, and they've definitely helped with flexibility and injury prevention, but this app is really terrible. Why is it so slow? Why does it automatically mark routines complete half the time? If I mark something complete maybe it will actually register? Why does the home screen load with programs I've completed?
