As a 53-year-old runner, I had started thinking my best days were behind me. Stiffness and aches were making me consider giving up running altogether. I decided to try the Dynamic Runner App just to see if it could help, and after just the 7-day introduction period I am beyond satisfied—and surprised! This app isn’t just about stretching (though the routines are fantastic for improving mobility). There are dynamic strength programs and even marathon training plans which I can't wait to get into!

Very poor playback. Every single day, I go through a video that stops and says "hold tight, this video is still processing, etc." I then press download to make sure it doesn't happen the next time, but it does, and the videos do not download. Why make it that you have to download 30 at a time? Perhaps that's part of the problem. It's extremely frustrating!

I signed up for a 7-day trial to check stretches for my foot injury. However, I was charged immediately without receiving the trial, and the content did not include any useful stretches. Additionally, their customer service is extremely poor and unresponsive.
