It's awesome! Easy to follow, bite size 6-15min not overwhelming routines for the whole body, and especially the parts of the body that most affected by sitting. Love the mix of strengthening and stretching exercises, as well as the short version adjusted to do at your desk/chair. Also, super how they always show what group of muscles each one targets. Works smooth, simple and to the point. Totally worth it!

Ok, the actual videos were fine and helpful, but everything else was awful. Trying to cancel a subscription was way more difficult than it should have been (and the instructions to do so list the wrong company name to look for in PayPal), I never received the email that would let me confirm my account, so I could never log into the app, and when I tried to reset my password the link they sent me to do so just took me back to their home page. Not worth the hassle.

Glitchy app. I signed up and was asked to download the app, so I am already a member, but the password is not being accepted. Reset the app and facing the same issue. Now when I try to reset it takes me to a generic page, no option to reset
