This app is changing my life. I use it as a pomodoro timer. The stretching is quick but impactful. I recommend the app for people who are working from home, have adhd, get easily bored while working, struggle with procrastinating or not taking enough breaks. I really appreciate the developers for providing the important features for free, while adding extra value and bonus material through subscription. I love this app, and it's gentle reminder to move while working at a desk. The exercises are easy to do sitting or standing near your desk.

I liked and used this app before they changed the name and made it a subscription. Bring back the free version!

Claims to be free (on its own site FAQ: "Mo ova provides basic features for free [...] users can opt for a monthly or annual subscription plan"), but this is LIE. But the only way to proceed with the setup of the app is to buy a β¬60 yearly subscription or a β¬15 monthly subscription, both which include a 7-day trial. Scandalous behavior.

The app works so far. But all of it except the timer is paid. And paid monthly on top of that. I get developers need to make a living too but if you don't pay every month this app is just a timer. Seems pointless tbh. Would be cool to have at least some kind of base set of stretches that come free and then another set that's like a one time paid add on or something.
