It works, but you need to already know all the command line parameters for FFmpeg and you can't choose to output the converted media to the SD card if you have one inserted (which is the feature that I was hoping for).

That's a nice implementation of ffmpeg. I just wonder why the output it's hard-coded to be of file type and the file output argument can't be overridden. I wanted to have a http JPEG format stream as output, not a file. Anyway thank you for the time and effort put to make thia UI for ffmpeg on Android

Could add more stuff. Like saving the commands. Creating shortcuts where you can easily replace the -i with another video input. Adding a video filename suffix option, so the output is simple the original filename + suffix.
★★☆☆☆
Uses some older build (foss only build?) of ffmpeg missing a lot of encoders, and switching off from the app for even a second clears encoder parameters, which is beyond infuriating. That said, I like the way that user input works, and it has a pretty UI. I just wish the ffmpeg build was better.
★★☆☆☆
Unable to use file list because import media button doesn't work with txt files (facepalm). Another flaw is that once you import a video you can not remove that line (another facepalm).
★★☆☆☆
Less than a bare bones wrapper to ffmpeg. Doesn't support glob pattern_type, so making a simple time-lapse is a major hurdle. No option for saving a command, and the current command can be lost easily while switching between apps.
★★☆☆☆
didn't work. Wanted to convert mov to mp4. Took a good 10 minutes to do so just to produce a file with a "wrong video codec" error, all audio, no video.
