It's a great app for quick activation but there should be a prompt whenever an input is wrong or doesn't align instead of failed provisioning which takes forever to revert

The interface is good and easy to navigate. However, the network and app stability to complete a successful provisioning has been very poor and often disappointing after promising customers they should be able to start using immediately after configuration. Please help work on that so installers can work faster and with more confidence in the provisioning and full completion of Tasks at a go.

It's a nice app, but the developers still have a lot of work to do. The provisioning function should be such that when it is triggered and fails, the installer should be able to repeat the process rather than revert to the pm for manual provisioning and also the app crashes during photo uploading due to so many pictures being required. Somtin should be done to correct that. Delaying a job due to failed provisioning is delaying the installers pay and rendering their efforts futile and frustrating.

As an installer who uses this app on a daily basis to close my task first of all I must say it is very friendly and fast for the successful provisioning once.but however the number of FAILED PROVISIONING is quite alarming I think it should be looked into and quickly resolve with a new update...there should be a prompt when ever a wrong parameters are being entered in a wrong field instead of allowing the parameters in and later cause it to fail and then resolved back to the old way of activation
