This is the best application for me because MTN NG has been doing everything easy for all users browsing Online to get verified for any future purposes and guidance on their network developer's using their network to be protected for not being scammed in communicating rightly with their customer services management system notification anywhere and everywhere we go.

This app is very reliable. Recharge with ease but the only problem I have is that the cost of getting data is very expensive. 1 gb 200 for only one day not even for 3 days. What of poor Nigerians who also have phones, won't they be using data? Many MTN subscribers carry their phones around these days without common ordinary 100mb to use on their Facebook account because of high cost of data. Even the 20mb MTN do give MTN subscribers is nothing to write home about.

The worst app I've ever used in my entire life. When logged in, the app will start lagging even when there's network, some features in the app will stop working, and you can't even view your balance unless you refresh even when you recently logged into the app. It's annoying.

I can never understand why MTN with unlimited resources can't put together a basic app that helps with user account management. It's clear they don't care about what the users truly wants/need but are only obsessed with shoving their services down their throats. I have tried using this particular App for more than 5 years now, and it's the same story every year. I install the app, try using it, get frustrated and uninstall it. Same thing with MOMO. JUST GIVE US A SIMPLE AND LITE APP. How hard?
