The app improved a lot since my last feedback. However, I don't understand what it means by "sorry..." with a sad looking emoji (please be positive on the emoji), "...data is insufficient..." when I have a lot of it to share. I want to believe that it's been worked on.

This is unfortunate app....I am so annoyed. It is just wasting my data. My Knapp, momo apk Re not working at all on my SAMSUNG SM935. Everytime I downloaded them, they keep crashing immediately which make them not to open on my phone. What's all these rubbish

Why does the MTN app require an active data connection for users to purchase data or airtime? Purchasing data and airtime is one of the app's core functions. Requiring data access to perform these essential transactions creates a dependency that can prevent users from using the service precisely when they need it most, particularly after their data balance has been exhausted.

I can't even log in, it always gives a "network request failed" prompt and then nothing. Maybe you need to sort out alternative login methods because I don't know why the Google option is there if it doesn't work. This edit is one year later, I still cannot log into the app. Waste of time to download it again at this point.
