The app it's too dull it lags so much I can't even buy data on it any more it's not accurate I have use my flight mood so many times thinking it was the network but no this have been going on for 2 weeks now within my own observation I tried updating it, but it's already updated yet nothing please try and fix this app

The new app interface is really complicated and annoying unlike the old interface. Why not just leave it as it was and improve it without touching the interface. I can't view my airtime and data balance on the new Interface. I've been on it for almost 10minutea without success. Seems the new Interface was designed to make life difficult and get on customers' nerves.
