The app is terrible and makes no sense. I tried to download the app on a new phone because my old one was acting up, and it didn't work. Same email and everything, but it didn't allow for my payment to process Unfortunately you can't even create an account to help and save information. Which has me dumbstruck as a user. This app needs development because this can't work.

This app is not user-friendly at all. I attempted to put it on a new device, and after numerous attempts, it did not allow me to sign in with the only email address I use on the new device, as well as my account.

This is terrible I enroll system says I'm enrolled to my email, but I can't get access to the codes it keeps sending me back to the enroll page please help or in finding another bank to shop online with, thank you!

OMG!! I literally changed my password like couple minutes ago and the app said wrong password or username, and I know my username very well. Also, the codes the app was supposed to send to me never went to my email and the app never wants to sign me in at all
