I had gotten the ride for someone that was located out at krogers on bechtle road. They are not bad with time just 5 min fash. Late, greated as soon as they are in the ride, was very nice, clean as well. I just wanted to say how much of a blessing this is to springfield residents, we don't have to stand in weather waiting we get alerts, only $2 1way I believe like bus was with a ride, now you can go straight to your destination, not all the way one direction out the wayN (still have to walk more)GREATJOB.

I can't download this app on phone even though I have that same phone .now it won't download.someone using tech to terrorized anyone not in their dirty pockets.

This is a waste of time, when the drivers aren't leaving you stranded, you have to wait forever to get a ride. The worst thing the city did was to remove the buses. I can't wait to get a car. With the buses you know they were reliable, but this is just a joke. I HATE IT. I would give it a negative 1000 if I could.

The costumer service is horrible and the wait times are atrocious. Im not paying 2 dollars when I can WALK to my destination faster than they can arrive at my house.

Via provides horrible service, horrible customer care, and horrible schedules for riders. Springfield made a huge mistake in handing off its transportation to Via.
