Work Order Features · View service dispatches & work order information. · View and edit customer contact information. · Give the office real-time status updates with time tracking. · Use mapping and routing, & turn-by-turn driving directions. · View customer account, service history, equipment, saved documents & service maintenance agreement information. · Add and edit customer equipment in account record or dispatch. · Add pictures from device camera and gallery to customer record. · Collect important information and fill out checklists using custom forms
Quote and Invoicing Features · Present a complete quote to your customer with images of quoted parts and equipment · Provide “Good-Better-Best” options to customers with the ability accept or reject items with the final price adjusting accordingly. Rejected items are saved in the customer account, allowing you to review these items on future visits. · Create, view, and email service quotes & invoices. · Process payments & prepayments, including PCI compliant credit card processing. · Capture customer authorization & acceptance signatures.

We have been using Field Edge as our field software for years. We love the user-friendliness of the app. It is very easy to navigate. There are many features that enable smooth sailing. In addition, I would like to commend Richard Mango, Field edge representative, for being extremely helpful in troubleshooting the one time we had an issue with our password resetting. App is good. Needs to have an option to send the homeowner a copy of work order regardless of whether there are parts on request or not. This little oversight is a problem that needs attention.

We migrated from ESC to Field Edge and hoped for a smooth (as smooth as possible) transition since they are owned by the same company. So far, we have had numerous issues that have gone mostly unanswered or found no work around for. Also, be aware that when they tell you it integrates with another software platform, it would be more accurate to say "partly integrates". If you use Profit Rhino, be aware of this. We also don't have the functionality to review company and departmental performance.

No, thank you. My workplace decided to go with this service to help modernize are shop and help improve productivity, both in the field and in the office. This app is frustratingly slow. If you don't have full service, going from screen to screen, the lines that you enter information aren't ready. Then when they are, you'll be waiting for 3–4 seconds to load the keyboard each time you need to enter information, then go to the next screen, and I happen all over again Etc. Only500charaters.
