Previous simply send user. FP cancelled SS and then asked for $99 annually for the switch. After shady dealings, I saw FP wanted over $1400/yr!! The salesperson then said "i can do 741". For invoice creation, PDF bundling and emailing ? Wow. Offer your other extra services, that's fine. But be honest. Your "6 months of comms" mean nothing when it's not honest. $1400 JFC

Evaluating as a trial and found the app unresponsive, and crashed twice consecutively while trying to add a customer. The keypad would not come up when trying to type the name. Then after pressing back, went to a blank screen and crashed. Could not imagine how frustrating it would be to rely on this to run my business. Needs work.

I've been using this all for about 3 years.The app is great when it works properly. I think it's a android issue. Because all the techs in our company with iPhone don't have the same issue as the android users. I use a Samsung S21 ultra. When ever I write workorders it doesn't save. I write very detailed reports and in the end nothing would have saved for me to generate a PDF. I have this issue even now so to bypass the issue I write my reports on a notepad app and I copy and paste.
