★★★★★ My review was originally negative because a number of devices wouldn't be detected over USB. These issues have been solved now, and the app works flawlessly configuring my devices.

★★★★★ Works pretty well with the UTWS5. One slight issue: EQ settings are forgotten from time to time.

★★★★★ Great experience, but the equalizer is not very useful since it keeps resetting. For some reason the app keeps forgetting the custom equalizer settings (User 1, 2 and 3) after every few disconnects. If we could back up our EQ settings (to a local file for example) this problem could be made much easier to deal with. It is time-consuming (thus annoying) to have to re-do the EQ settings again and again and again. Please fix this FiiO or at least let us back up our settings. Edit: this is fixed now.

★★☆☆☆ No volume control from the UTWS3. The latest version of the app won't even install. I am NOT downgrading to android 10 for compatability, and I'm not buying a fiio product again.

★★☆☆☆ After fiio ka17 v2.0 firmware update the app connects to device but doesn't change the actual eq settings, very disappointed
