The app finds my BTA30 but won't connect to it. I have removed and reconnected the BTA30 via my Bluetooth settings multiple times. (Samsung Note 20 Ultra) Also, regarding the BTA30, my Koss Porta Pro Wireless 2.0 always fail to automatically reconnect, and I have to pair them again. I do not have this issue with other headphones.

If anyone runs into an issue where the DAC fails to connect in the app when using custom rom, try unplugging the IEM from the DAC first. I spent hours flashing different custom ROMs trying to fix the problem, but it turned out the only issue was that the IEM had to be disconnected from the DAC before it would connect properly in the app.

I'm using the app with my BTR-17. Admittedly, the UI is a bit clunky, but the EQ is fantastic. The only gripe I have is that I don't seem to be able to connect with my Snow sky Disk. @Fiio support: Can you give me a clue? I'm on a Google Pixel 10 Pro XL with Android 17 beta. Oh yes, I can't upload an avatar picture because the controls are so far up in the corners that they overlap with the notification bar.

It does the job but needs more tools! I have a retro nano, and I need to have a way to skip tracks using my headphones, but they only have a puase button. Add an option to double-click puase/play to skip tracks. I would also like to remove some modes and maybe add my own if that is possible anyway retro nano 10/10 fiio app 8/10

Went from great to horrible! Can't do anything with it since the connection drops every 5-10 seconds! This really sucks since my screen no longer works on my BTR5.

Since this 'upgrade' my Fiio BTR7 will no longer play music. It was working perfectly before this. The device is brand new. I got it like 2 months ago. Why won't it play music anymore? It's connected over Bluetooth

This app actually bricked my snow sky retro with the firmware update. I am incredibly sad I loved this device. This is unacceptable

Takes like a whole minute to apply an EQ profile. Takes 15 seconds to switch between each menu. Each PEQ value needs to be input individually and takes 2-3 seconds to apply. This app is terrible and so is BTR15 since this app is the only way you can apply EQ profiles on it. Please firmware update for supporting for fiio control via USB, on the website
