Update 07/25/24 - Incredible app and product. It would be great if the app was made to be compatible with Samsung Dex.

With the HAL audio stack 100% locked down on Motorola - Great sound for the phone and absolute garbage for headphones and my Bluetooth speaker. There is no setting in the Moto Dolby options that correct this. The best I can do is custom EQ and minimize all frequencies, and that still is not enough. Qudelix can't fix the broken input, but it allows you to take control of what you can. I use the 20 band graphic EQ. I love the control and pre gain adjustment - Handle this with care.

All the options you can use. Mainly use the EQ most, for several headphones & IEM. Volume controls has 2 for flexibility. Always keep your phone volume MAX and adjust the device's volume controls instead.

My Qudelix 5000s, including the extremely well-designed and maintained software, are some of the most satisfying purchases of its kind I've made in years. Great software makes such a difference. And the company's CS has been extraordinary. Bravo! Easily repaired by the user with the right screwdriver. Settings saved on device. We use one with AC power remote, set to auto-connect along with powered studio mons balanced XLR. Power-hungry headphones++ EQ design++ Bluetooth/USB DAC++ Power options++

Great but latest update screwed things up. Custom EQ profiles disappeared. The device doesn't automatically connect. Waiting for a fix.

DO NOT UPDATE TO 3.0! There are major issues with this version, the app is having trouble connecting to my 5K when it used to connect instantly. Also avoid the 3.0 firmware, my 5K is using up battery like crazy and was getting so warm I could feel it in my pocket. I only updated because the app wasn't connecting and figured the firmware had to match, big mistake! I've given Fiio a hard time about their app but right now Qudelix is worse which has really shaken my faith in them. Please roll back!

When I go and try to connect to qudelix device it says connecting to Bluetooth but nothing happens it stays on the screen. I tried to connect and disconnect my Bluetooth but the same thing happens.

Qudelix app keeps saying device is connecting to another smartphone and closes after most recent update. I have reset settings, reset device, unpaired and repaired the dac, cleared app settings, and it keeps giving me this error. Only device it is paired to is my phone.
