My Qudelix 5000s, including the extremely well-designed and maintained software, are some of the most satisfying purchases of its kind I've made in years. Great software makes such a difference. And the company's CS has been extraordinary. Bravo! Easily repaired by the user with the right screwdriver. Settings saved on device. We use one with AC power remote, set to auto-connect along with powered studio mons balanced XLR. Power-hungry headphones++ EQ design++ Bluetooth/USB DAC++ Power options++

All the options you can use. Mainly use the EQ most, for several headphones & IEM. Volume controls has 2 for flexibility. Always keep your phone volume MAX and adjust the device's volume controls instead.

When I go and try to connect to qudelix device it says connecting to Bluetooth but nothing happens it stays on the screen. I tried to connect and disconnect my Bluetooth but the same thing happens.

This app and the q5k have worked great for me for 4+ years. Unfortunate that a firmware update has changed that. Updated firmware to 3.1.1 from 3.0.7, and now I can't connect to my q5k with the app. I'm also not getting any sound from the q5k, but my volume buttons are busted (I have to use the app) so I can't really tell if it's actually bricked, especially since I can connect with BT from my phone. But it effectively is ;-; Not sure how to fix this. Guess I shouldn't have updated firmware...

Great but latest update screwed things up. Custom EQ profiles disappeared. The device doesn't automatically connect. Waiting for a fix.
