I needed a modeling amp to practice and play at volume without disturbing my family. This is great. I love it. I can use the mighty amp app or the mightier amp app with no problems. Why only 4 stars you say? I use backing tracks a lot. This Nu-X needs a bypass for the backing tracks, so the music comes through clean without the gain and delay and other settings you want your lead guitar to have. It makes the backing tracks too muddy. Otherwise, I'm pretty happy with this little thing.

Imperfect but very usable for silent bass practice. FIRST, PROTECT YOUR EARS ! This app will produce a huge squeal from high gain settings under certain conditions. After a lot of tweaking I found great bass guitar voices using Twin, Deluxe and Super amps, and various IRs like SVT212s or Ag810. Set it up like a real amp, and you get natural sounds. My phone sends Bluetooth music to Mighty, and it all comes through my headphones. Silent peace bass practice in the house at any hour.

Seriously the best thing created in forever. Any guitar/ bass players should have this little gem. U can create insane sounds, clean to mega heavy AND play or practice along any digital music online or practice anywhere without bugging anyone around. I tried a vox one before and not even close to this. Please nux, create a class D amp that work with that app so u get the same sound without havin racks or pedals. Just plug the guitar, turn app on, select fx, and play.

I did not use my Mighty lite BT for a while, and I did not update the firmware on my amp. Now that the app is updated neither one of my phones cannot connect to my amps bt, so the app is now useless to me. Don't know what to do.

It immediately shows an error message that my new Nux Mighty Plug is out of date. Apparently I need a PC and special software to update it. Extremely poor!
