1) Cancel Sip button is not working after sip date is completed. 2) From the bank if the usn code to debit the money is removed, but still app is getting updated with amount is withdrawn and units are allocated 3) Email functionality for password assistance not working 4) Profile update option is not available. My honest realistic experience: I had invested in 2 funds post consulting from the company during the month of April and thereafter, not even once received any update or calls or communication from the company. Recently I sold the funds made a small profit. This shows their services and care for their customers. Therefore, I decided to close my account and dropped an email to the company for the same.
