Help! I need a refund when your app took 14.99 out of my card on August 9th. I cancelled the trial on the second day since I noticed I had no use for it. Though, when I cancelled it still continued to charge me for something I didn't even want. Please reach out to me asap. I would love some support on this plus a refund. Thank you.

This app is a scam and a waste of time and money It was going cold and hot when I was just standing still, and it made me go through a field, and then it said cold, and it's not even accurate. I STILL HAVEN'T FOUND MY BLUETOOTH. I would rate this 0/10 would not recommend unless you want to waste your time. PLUS, STOP PLAYING THE COLD-HOT GAME, STOP. JUST GIVE ME THE ACTUAL LOCATION OF MY STUFF. I found my Bluetooth behind my chair, and it was telling me it was like in the wall.
