Findroid is a third-party Android application for Jellyfin that provides a native user interface to browse and play movies and series.
To use this app you must have a Jellyfin server.
You can also download movies and TV shows for offline playback while on the road. And with the built-in mpv player you are sure that all media formats will play correctly including styled SSA/ASS subtitles.

The feature to download media to local device works extremely well, I've been using this app for years, and I continue to use it regularly. I wish it had support for other library types besides media and shows, specifically - music videos. I am also a Plex Lifetime Pass member but their mobile app is not great, and I prefer using Fin droid to connect to my Jellyfin server while on mobile.

The most beautiful, snappy and polished Jellyfin client on Android, that I could find :) Wish, it would have a shuffle feature like the web player, but other than that I'm very happy with Fin droid!

I like the feel of this app better than the official app. If this app managed downloads more it would be a killer feature. Add a "Next X Unplaced" episodes option and have the app manage the downloads and cleanup on its own. As someone who travels all the time for work, this is the one Plex feature I miss on Jellyfin.

I like the UI, but I can't play home videos and photos for some reason when it's technically the same as movies and series without having to fetch any metadata ? Strange thing to not "implement" if you can even call it that. It's a real shame.

The native Jellyfin client is better as it allows play of random selections from a library.

This app can found my server but unable to connect! Saying unknown error in login page. Although user credential is valid and with that credential I can log in with my server from other client such as Jellyfin.
