Comments on Findroid for Android

★★★★★ Marc · Dec 31, 2025

Was already an excellent client but now is even better after 1.0. Only improvement now for me would be transcoded downloads but other than that it's perfect.

★★★★☆ Liam Gleeson · Jan 27, 2025

Best Jellyfin client I could find, one feature it could use is live tv support other than that it's the cleanest and slickest jellyfin experience on android

★★★★★ Peter Le Page · Jul 19, 2026

Nice work, Jarne! Excellent media player for Jellyfin. By the way, for everyone who still uses Plex, Jellyfin is a better and free alternative! Apps such as Fin droid make it even more useful.

★☆☆☆☆ somechazzy · Feb 8, 2026

Makes no sense to start exclusively supporting 10.11.x when it's still so buggy and has abysmal performance.

★☆☆☆☆ Nazmul Hossain · Oct 4, 2024

This app can found my server but unable to connect! Saying unknown error in login page. Although user credential is valid and with that credential I can log in with my server from other client such as Jellyfin.

★★☆☆☆ George Abitbol · Oct 11, 2025

I like the UI, but I can't play home videos and photos for some reason when it's technically the same as movies and series without having to fetch any metadata ? Strange thing to not "implement" if you can even call it that. It's a real shame.

★☆☆☆☆ Thomas Iņģists (GGLVXD) · Jul 19, 2026

Needs a bitrate change options in video player

★☆☆☆☆ Philip Zimmermann · Jun 27, 2026

The native Jellyfin client is better as it allows play of random selections from a library.
