What a piece of junk. Allegedly it will provide help on Amtrak. However, I THINK, it only provides information at New York Penn station, and confusedly at that. While sitting at home, to search the app requires bluetooth to be turned on. It seems as if the developers never tried to use their own creation. If they did and are satisfied, they should at least provide a useful explanation as to use it

Why is this just for Penn Station? It's advertised and named as a generic travel app. You could fix this just by changing the name of it to 'Penn Station App'
