This app is frustrating to use. Beyond the confusing UI, where things are buried deep in menus that shouldn't require more than one tap to get to, the app is otherwise okay. It shows the routes but the times are never correct, the bus icons disappear from the map, so it's a total guess if your bus will come or not and when. There's seemingly no support, and it doesn't seem like they care to improve this app too much. So it seems like we're stuck with this app in a somewhat broken state.

The algorithm on this app is weird. It does not drop nearby people first and then pick someone up far off. Also, the full list of pickups and drop-offs are not shown so the drivers also cannot make a decision to ignore the erroneous routes of the app

This app is a mess. It will keep you waiting for more than 1 hour and very often driver will drive away without picking you up. It keeps happening for almost one week without any sign of improvement. Try to call pennride or use the old app, it will make your life much easier.
