Anytime time it keeps saying update just keep pressing cancel a login in autofill if you use that better to use autofill so you're not pressing cancel so many times anyway once your info is typed press cancel one more time and then press login and it should log you in regularly

It is always a nightmare trying to get into my account because for whatever reason it doesn't have the correct phone number for me to send a verification code to access my account. I always have to end up using another device just so that I can access my email so maybe then it'll send me a verification code but even then it's not a correct code. Not to mention, going to the ATM to even withdrawal cash is such a nightmare. Why did I sign up for this nightmare??

I never took out a loan from this company and have been trying to get approved, and they locked me out of my account. Now that I'm approved I can't sign into my account to verify my information. I called and every person I spoke to can see that it was received but can't update the info right away, so I can finish the process. no, ever calls back, email back or anything. The company request all my personal information and have it, and I can't even use the benefits I signed up for

This app is horrible. Every time you try and do anything on it it sends a code to login. Half the time it does except the code. This is the worst financial or banking app I have ever used.
