★★★★★ The app is a bit of an IQ test as reviews suggest. You have to try different angles when taking photo of your ID but it can work.

★★☆☆☆ Don't understand what QR code should I scan with the app. ID card and Passport doesn't work. No additional information available.

★★☆☆☆ Opened the website to trigger registration, and it said to scan a QR code which I never got. So ended up switching my mobile browser to the desktop version, screenshotting the QR code and sending the picture to my work email to open it and scan from a laptop for the app. Then upon getting into the app to register my documents, it crashes at the "take a selfie" stage. Absolutely useless, please fix this

★★☆☆☆ Wow what a waste of time. Where is the QR code why can't sending a parcel to Finland be simple. Honestly I won't bother again. Build a app that you can use and Finnish Gov website for help makes it sound simple. Will uninstall and won't use this service again. Don't bother with the app it's useless.
