Worst customer service when in Germany. Already been a month since my visa and still can't access my money from the account. I think they withhold money as long as they can, in order to make whatever measly interest they can!!!!

Finite Support service does not exist. About 10 emails have been sent, multiple messages to irresponsible AI chats, 4 or 5 attempts to call - all these have never ever been responded by Fontina. So disrespectful behavior for the service that is aiming to manage blocked account money transfer for international students in effective manner that is so important to obtain visa D in the short period.
