We believe that many heads are better than one — so instead of one provider, we give you a physician, nurse practitioner, and health guide who all work together to help you feel your very best. When you sign up, you can learn about each care team and pick the right one for you. Your Firefly team will be able to handle all your primary care needs, ranging from preventative care to acute concerns, managing chronic conditions, and coordinating with any specialists you may have.
No matter what health concerns you have, your care team will provide you with personalized care to make sure you are staying healthy and achieving your health goals:
• Preventive Care: Stay healthy with screenings, wellness visits, and health coaching. • Routine Care: Get help with colds, infections, aches, and pains. • Chronic Condition Management: Manage asthma, diabetes, high blood pressure, and more. • Mental Health Support: Access mental health resources with referrals from your care team.

When you need in-person primary care (for example, a physical exam or a swab), your Firefly care team will guide you to Firefly Nearby providers in your area – these may be urgent care clinics, clinics with retail stores, or even providers that come to your home.

Had this app for about two months so far. Firefly essentially becomes your PCP. I got more appointments done with this app than having to visit a provider for every referral, blood test, etc. I think I am very lucky because I have a great registered nurse who video chats with me and oversees everything. Shout out to Abby who helped me get so much done in such a short amount of time.

Medical professionals working for Firefly refuse to provide the full suite of medical services to those patients with a history of seizures. The Hippocratic Oath is apparently meaningless to Firefly and its medical professionals.

Terrible customer support. Extremely dismissive. They tell you one thing to get you to enroll and once you do, the story changes. The response to me asking about what I was told before was "good luck finding care elsewhere ". I have worked in Healthcare for 20+ years. This is not a group you want in charge of your care. USE TeleDoc instead! They helped immediately and were so kind.
