I had an excellent experience with the app and my provider. Great option for folks without health insurance (or with). Took about 5 minutes to fill out my health information & about 10 minutes to wait for a provider. She listened attentively and gave me the prescription I needed. Feeling 100% better!

Works for me as expected. An easy way to set up appointments, exchange massages with my primary physician, and track vitals. My only wish for improvement is to have an option to edit incorrectly entered vitals, like weight and BP. Occasionally I notice mistakes I introduced only after the entry been made

The update made it "incompatible" on my phone now. No longer works on my Android phone, One medical get your act together, I've used the previous app for years until the update!

They won't let you do video chats from the web app for some reason, so you're forced to use your phone. The insurance card upload doesn't seem to support digital insurance cards, which is what my last 2 insurances used by default. As for the service itself, they don't tell you explicitly that you're not guaranteed to see a doctor. I was paired with a PA who didn't seem to understand my issue and told me to see someone else in person anyway. Total waste of time.

The app itself seems to be glitch free, however the full experience is why the one star. The service and medical is still service (in theory), is not clearly defined. One set of appointments and prices through the app and another via the Amazon website. Their motto could be "We're budget friendly now but wait till you need something". Construct from their as to your ability. 😉
