L love the overall experience of one medical the office. They're absolutely beautiful and make you feel comfortable. They're always on time and nobody waits for their scheduled appointment l 💕 this feature. What I have found difficult is navigating through online services. I am a little bit older, so it makes it a little bit harder. Don't want to hurt the environment with the paper, but I need handheld documents, over searching the internet or email for documents.

I tried the Amazon one medical for a hormone panel. The Doctor ordered the tests and never sent the paperwork. There is no one medical clinic within 200 miles of me. I went to quest instead. They never received the lab order. I went back to tell the doctor, and she said my insurance was denied. Why make me go through a whole appointment, and then waste my time driving to a lab without checking my insurance first?! This medical care is worse than anything else I've done.

Does not deliver what's advertised. They get you to get the app, last the membership, then SURPRISE, they don't cover everything they claim! Trust to get a prescription for a simple medical condition, nothing controlled, and was refused. This was for an ailment they claimed to treat on their sign-up page. Went to a different place that has apps for "him" and "her", was taken care of immediately, medication shipped less than 12 hours after being denied by Amazon. SAD!!
