This office provides excellent care, from the receptionist to the phlebotomist. Dr. Sajwani is a professional, caring, outstanding physician. Every single person in the office is very kind and caring. I always recommend One Medical Seniors to my friends and neighbors.

New Android Member here. I find this app to be user-friendly. I particularly like how easy it is to schedule appts, view lab results & message providers. One suggestion.... Notifications to schedule appts should have a 4th link "Scheduled completed" .or some such wording. This can be moved to a link to say "Upcoming Appts"......as it is now it's a bit annoying to have to ignore (for weeks & months) the pop-ups regarding you click on options that do not apply (I have seen the provider etc.)

Does not deliver what's advertised. They get you to get the app, last the membership, then SURPRISE, they don't cover everything they claim! Trust to get a prescription for a simple medical condition, nothing controlled, and was refused. This was for an ailment they claimed to treat on their sign-up page. Went to a different place that has apps for "him" and "her", was taken care of immediately, medication shipped less than 12 hours after being denied by Amazon. SAD!!

Frustrating experience with One Medical - Amazon (update 04/17/2026): App and website unresponsive. Login isn't working - gets stuck on different browsers (Default, Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Edge Beta, Chrome, etc.), can't access app. Fix login issue, it needs to improve app and the website. Also, they should add options top upload Medicaid card on the website too and needs to add more medical locations for in-person visits at Virginia (VA Beach, Stuarts Draft, Norfolk etc.)

Difficult to get care. Will recommend you to urgent care 95% of the time for simple issues. Ditch Amazon and get a real telemedicine visit or just purchase what you need directly from a telemedicine chat visit. Useless app.
