Find all the information from a current hospitalization going all the way back to records from the last several years. If you want to you can Integrate it with other hospitals who use the Epic Systems as well, such any other Presbyterian hospitals as well as NYU Langone and the Mount Sinai network. I've been using it for a few years now, and I couldn't imagine going back. I get my test results before my doctors do. It isn't just a convenience, I'd consider essential to my life at this point.

One complaint so far: WHY BOTHER offering "remember me" as an option when it NEVER remembers me!? Every freaking time I have to log in with my username, password, and checking the "remember me" option... Every. Freaking. Time. SMH. I must say though that the test results section is one of the best compared to the other portals I/'ve use/d.

Download this app, and somehow it got my Gmail and I never sign up or gave this app no kind of permission for it nor any information! Keeps sending me emails, and it says put my information into verify who I am to stop receive the emails! So I'm going to block it that's the only thing I can think of because that particular Gmail that it keeps sitting information to has been hacked and that's not good. This app needs to be shut down I see a lot of 1 Stars! Smh #DoNotDownloadThis!!!

Keeps telling me I have to upgrade to a new version, but there is no new version. Also has log in issues often

Was not able to schedule an appointment with my existing provider. No matter what button I pressed, it just told me to call the office. The app was razor sharp at telling me I owed a balance, and collecting it though. Thanks a bunch.
