One complaint so far: WHY BOTHER offering "remember me" as an option when it NEVER remembers me!? Every freaking time I have to log in with my username, password, and checking the "remember me" option... Every. Freaking. Time. SMH. I must say though that the test results section is one of the best compared to the other portals I/'ve use/d.

This app works the first time, then doesn't work the next day. It said login error with user ID or password. Was working fine the first day, so why all of a sudden telling me login error? No matter how many times I tried it doesn't work! Epic failed

Dean lozito, No matter how many times I enter my information, It finds a new easy to kick me out. I am old school prefer to talk to doctor and be seen by doctor not computer. 3/30/23. App needs much work!

Was not able to schedule an appointment with my existing provider. No matter what button I pressed, it just told me to call the office. The app was razor sharp at telling me I owed a balance, and collecting it though. Thanks a bunch.
