Comments on Firefox Beta for Testers for Android

★★★★★ Mark Dingwall · Oct 14, 2026

The only non-chromium (or WebKit) alternative. Firefox is a great browser. Adblock (and other add-ons) on mobile is brilliant!

★★★★★ Judah Stroyer · Oct 15, 2026

Great browser, far better than chrome. Ad blocking is much better and extensions like uBlock Origin aren't blocked unlike Chrome. Fast and Smooth with a whole host of customization options for power users. Do yourself a favor and switch away from trash like Chrome.

★★★★☆ Rahmad Adha · Aug 16, 2026

All good. Except when you had hundreds of tabs and switched to a tab in the inactive tabs section and want to switch to another tab, you start on the top of the tabs listing, not your current tabs which is quite annoying.

★★★★★ Raimund Rael · Aug 19, 2026

The best (Web Browser), point-blank. I have, and/or am a beta tester for Firefox mobile and desktop 🖥️ versions....for many years now. Sincerely ; Raimund Rael.

Bring back about:config to normal Firefox!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

★★☆☆☆ Ctrl_S · Aug 10, 2026

Can you guys stop making the UI more terrible each update. Why does the tab list start from the TOP when the new tab, address bar, and search are all at the BOTTOM? This makes it difficult to use one-handed because after opening a new tab, you need to stretch your thumb to the moon to actually ACCESS said tab. What's worse is you used to have bottom-to-top in a previous version, so you made the app worse? Why???

Completely broken on Xiaomi 14 Pro (HyperOS 3.0). Leave the app for literally ONE second to copy a password or check a message, and you’re greeted with a frozen white screen when you switch back. This Gecko View rendering bug has been around for YEARS, yet Mozilla completely ignores it while every Chromium browser works flawlessly. Battery optimization turned off, app locked in memory—nothing helps. 100% reproducible every single time. Fix your engine! 1 star.
