Firmao provides a comprehensive integrated package of e-services designed to manage small and medium-sized businesses. The solution includes Project Management, Personnel & Resource Planning, as well as Stock and Asset Management.
The CRM module is integrated with e-mail and virtual VOIP systems. Every customer interaction — whether by e-mail or phone — is automatically saved. All e-mail messages (sent or received) are attached to the relevant contact record, and every phone call is logged in the system. This call log functionality ensures a complete history of customer communication, helping companies maintain accurate records and improve the efficiency of client relationship management.
Firmao also allows you to prepare and send Orders and Quotes, Stock Documents, Invoices, and other relevant documentation with a single click. Document templates may be set and freely modified. Creating certain documents (e.g. stock documents) can also update related information (e.g. stock levels) in real time. Projects can be planned along with related tasks to maintain accurate control of timescales and budgets.
The Asset module allows fast and flexible stocktaking and, with the use of printout templates, any reports, task lists, and barcode stickers can be created.
