★★☆☆☆ Why the hell do you need 3 different apps for 1 machine? 1 to set up, 1 to operate and 1 to update firmware? And not there are more apps for who knows why!?!?! Terrible app riddled with problems. Can only log in from 1 device at a time Latest update killed scheduling Constantly looses connection to Sazuka Required 3 different apps to get the Sazuka unit setup Contacted customer support and got the "our engineers are working on it" response to every issue I brought up but never a solution.

★★☆☆☆ Just as bad as the app itself. No connection to robot. Should be ashamed that software is so poorly executed for what could be a good machine
