The older app was problem free, I upgraded and this is not connecting as it should, not taking some cards and canceling transactions. Merchant support glitching. HELP US!

A waste to time. It's better to go on to the FCB website and sign in from there. I honestly don't know why they put this up, and it's working properly. I always thought FCB would not put forth a product unless it's second to none. It's a shame.

NOTE Advised today 24-9-2 by customer service that the required version is Android 14. It would have been good to know this during all those months waiting for the reader. The info for this app says Android 8 and up but that is NOT CORRECT. 24-8-31 Unable to pair with card on reader on this device Galaxy A31 - Android 12 (Still pairs with previous device as normal Fire Tab 7 - 9th gen.) -
