This bank sucks, their app sucks and their website sucks. I hate this bank and their practices, their random fees they think they can charge without reason or explanation & their rude employees. This app is almost as bad as the bank itself, so while I am stuck using this awful bank until I refinance and am forever rid of them, I'll just stick to the awful website and their annoying, unhelpful AI bot that is constantly just in the way.

I used to be able to call my bank. Now that First Financial has bought them, I get routed to a call center. It takes a while to talk to someone. TLDR: - Used app to talk to agent - Agent asked for account info - Switched to account tab in app to check - Switched back to "more" tab where I was chatting - Conversation was gone. - Selected "Ask Gabby" again. Conversation was still gone. Wow

First Financial Bank is the absolute worst bank I've ever dealt with! Forget about making international purchases! Plus First Financial limits how much of your money you can spend a day!

App is not Android friendly. There are many hidden areas you have to click to close screens or accept conditions. I've had to call the bank multiple times to simply get walked through these issues, and they are very aware of it. Here's a thought...take some of the money you make and fix these nuisances.
