I enjoy banking with first financial. The people that work at my bank are extremely helpful. They always go above and beyond.

This app takes a long time to load, mobile deposit is extremely difficult to use doesn't work with any photos even if you take perfect photos, card guard works half the time and if you lock the card, and it fails well you are out of luck, and not being notified when transactions occur is really frustrating please re-do your app and make it more customer friendly

Takes 3 days for the "large withdrawal alert" to post. No standard purchase alerts. I really liked getting notifications for every time my card is used. Direct deposits arriving a day late, despite changing routing number weeks before.

This app seems to always crash on weekends stop giving notication when card was used when you call them they always say they are not having issues with app.

App works most of the time, not sure why a bank that offers credit cards doesn't include it on the bank app. As for the bank I can't get away from them fast enough, recent business just seems shady with them. They immediately like a criminal become tight-lipped and want to lawyer up. Definitely not a financial institution the less fortune want to use .04 interest then charge 4.00 for service
